FAQ
Have questions?
Let's see if we can answer them.
How "Ready" are we talking?
I don’t believe in dragging out timelines. Most small projects (social assets, flyers) have a 24-48 hour turnaround. Larger branding projects typically move from kickoff to final files in 1–2 weeks. If you have a hard deadline, I’m ready to meet it.

What do I need to have ready for you?
To hit the ground running, it helps if you have:
-
A clear goal for the project.
-
Any existing brand assets (logos, fonts, etc.).
-
A rough idea of your preferred "vibe" or aesthetic.
How many revisions do I get?
Every project includes two rounds of refinements. My goal is to get it right the first time by listening closely to your brief, but I’m always ready to tweak the details until they're perfect. Still want to tweak things after round two? No problem, we can do extra revisions for an extra fee.

What files will I actually receive?
You’ll get a Ready Kit containing everything you need:
-
High-res files for print (CMYK).
-
Optimized files for web and social (RGB).
-
Source files (upon request) so you’re never locked out of your own brand.

How do we handle payment?
I keep it simple. A 50% deposit gets your project on the calendar, and the final 50% is due once the designs are approved and ready for delivery. I accept all major credit cards and digital transfers.

How do we actually start?
It’s simple. You fill out the [Intake Form], I send a proposal, and once the 50% deposit is in, we hit the ground running. I don't believe in "discovery months"—we start designing in day one.

What if I’m not ready with my content yet?
No problem. I can provide Ready-to-Fill templates and placeholders. If you're struggling with copy or imagery, I can step in with photo editing or copywriting for an additional fee to get us to the finish line faster.

Do you offer rush services?
Yes. For projects that needed to be done yesterday, I offer a Fast-Track option. This moves you to the top of my queue for an additional fee.

Which platforms do you build websites on?
I focus on Ready-to-Manage platforms like Framer, Webflow, and Squarespace. These allow me to build high-end, custom designs that you can easily update yourself without needing a developer on speed dial.

Will my website be mobile-ready?
Absolutely. Every site I build is Responsive by Design. It will look and function perfectly on iPhones, tablets, and 27-inch monitors alike.

Do you handle website hosting and domains?
I’ll guide you through the setup of your own hosting account so you maintain 100% ownership of your digital property. I’ll handle the technical "handshake" to get your site live.

Who owns the final designs?
You do! Once the final payment is cleared, you own the full copyright to all approved final assets. I retain the right to show the work in my portfolio.

What’s the difference between Source Files and Ready Files?
-
Ready Files: High-res JPEGs, PNGs, and PDFs optimized for immediate use.
-
Source Files: The original layered files (AI, PSD, or Figma). These are included in most packages so you’re never "held hostage" by a designer.

What kind of photos can you edit?
Anything from raw product shots for your e-commerce store to professional headshots. If the lighting was bad or the background is distracting, I can fix it.

Can you work with low-resolution images?
I have upscaling tools that can often rescue low-quality images, but for the best results, high-resolution originals are always preferred. I’ll let you know immediately if a photo isn't ready for professional use.

Do you offer ongoing support?
Yes! Many clients move to a Ready Retainer after their initial project. This gives you a set number of hours each month for quick updates, new social graphics, or site maintenance.
What is your refund policy?
Because design is a service of time and expertise, deposits are non-refundable once work has begun. However, I guarantee a Ready product—we don't stop until the final files match the agreed-upon brief.
